Yvonne D. Paneda
ELDRED-Yvonne D. Paneda, 60, of Main St., passed away unexpectedly Monday (Dec. 9, 2012) in the Bradford Regional Medical Center.
Born October 5, 1952, in Port Allegany, she was a daughter of Lynn E. and Ann DeBerry Doane. On August 8, 1976, in San Fernando, Philippines, she married Salvador S. Paneda, who survives.
Mrs. Paneda was a caregiver working for Helpmates, Inc. of Smethport, PA.
She was a lifetime resident of the area and a graduate of Port Allegany High School, Class of 1970.
She enjoyed cross word puzzles, reading, and loved animals.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Salvador, are three sisters, Pamela K. Doane of Coudersport, Linda A. (Gordon) Ingram of Bradford, Roberta R. (Jack) Shonts of Cyclone; a brother, Leslie E. Doane of Roulette; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lynn, and a brother, Gregory L. Doane.
Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday in the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday (Dec. 13, 2012) with Rev. H.D. Youngblood, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Card Creek Cemetery, Roulette.
