William J. "Bill" SMITH, 58, of Bolivar, NY, formerly of Coudersport, PA, died Tuesday, April 9, 2019 in Jones Memorial Hospital, Wellsville.
Born June 12, 1960 in Coudersport, he was the son of Joseph A. and Pauline Gaines Smith, Sr.
A Veteran, he served honorably with the U.S. Army. Bill was employed by Kightlinger Auto in Coudersport as a car detailer.
Surviving are: three brothers, Paul (Susan) Gaines of FL, Rodney Smith of Bolivar, and Joseph (Terrie) Smith, Jr. of Allegany; five sisters, Christine Bennett of Wellsville, Sarah Smith of Belmont, Marsha Taylor of Harrisburg, PA, Victoria (Brian) Root of Bolivar, and Edna Rice of Belmont; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
He was predeceased by his parents.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, April 19, 2019 in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Bolivar.
