Wayne W. WITMER

Wayne W. WITMER, 84, of Ulysses, PA, formerly of Lancaster, died Monday, January 4, 2016 in Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport, PA. Born August 8, 1931, in Lancaster County, PA, he was the son of Ross and Helen Livingston Witmer. A Korean War Veteran, he served honorably with the US Navy. He was married to the former Betty Nethery, who predeceased him in 1981. A pressman, he was employed by Art Printing and Liberty Craftsmen. Surviving are: two sons, Craig A. Witmer of Ulysses and Brian S. Witmer of Lancaster; a granddaughter, Lindsey Witmer of Lancaster. In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Vivian Hampton.
