Thomas R. Tronetti
PORT ALLEGANY- Thomas R. Tronetti, 84, of Arnold Ave., passed away Sunday (Apr. 18, 2021) in UPMC Cole, Coudersport.
Born April 5, 1937, in Port Allegany, he was a son of Vincent J. and Maude Grimes Tronetti. On May 6, 1996, in Hinsdale, NY, he married Linda Olmstead, who survives.
Thomas was a lifetime resident of the area and attended Port Allegany High School.
He was employed with Pittsburgh Corning Co., Port Allegany, for over 40 years, before his retirement.
Thomas was a member of the Bradford American Legion. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and the outdoors.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Linda, are a son, Thomas R. (RaeAnn) Tronetti, Jr. of Latrobe, PA; a daughter, Kathleen D. Langdon of Florida; three stepsons, Patrick J. (Pamela) Warnick, Robert N. Warnick and Gregory A. Warnick, all of Port Allegany; three stepdaughters, Theresa L. (Timothy) Wilder and Tammy A. Hector, both of Port Allegany, Tina Marie Warnick of Smethport; 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grand-children; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Robert Tronetti, and a sister, Rose Tronetti.
There will be no funeral service at Thomas’ request.
Memorials can be made to the Port Area Ambulance Service or a charity of the donor’s choice.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany.
