He is survived by a brother, Alphonse Alaimo, and was predeceased by a sister, Frances Spezio. A service with military honors will be conducted on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 10:00 am at the J. W. Thomas Alaimo, 90, of 4192B Bolivar Road died unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 shortly after arrival at Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville. He was the son of the late Anthony and Florence (Ogliolora) Alaimo. He was a veteran of WWII, was formerly employed at the Rochester Open Air Market and had resided for many years at Manor Hills in Wellsville.
