FAYETTEVILLE, NC -Tammy R. Mackey, 43, of Hannah St., formerly of Port Allegany, PA, passed away Monday (Oct. 14, 2013) in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC.
Born July 29, 1970, in Olean, NY, she was a daughter of Dennis and Charlene R. Patterson Werts. She was married to Timothy Mackey, who survives.
Surviving in addition to her father and husband, are three sons, Richard T. Hammond, Jr. of Bradford, PA, Paul D. Cleveland and Jesse J. Cleveland of both of Wellsville, NY; two daughters, Amber R. Hammond of Raeford, NC, and Caitlyn T. Cleveland of Wellsville, NY; a grandson; five brothers, Timothy P. Hirt, Gary S. Hirt and Daniel J. (Margarette) Hirt all of Wellsville, NY, Scott K. Borschel of Florida and Eric T. (Nicole) Borschel of Poughkeepsie, NY; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Charlene Patterson.
Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 4 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 19, 2013) in the First Baptist Church, Port Allegany, with Rev. Michael Culver, pastor, officiating.
Memorials can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
