Sylvia B. WEEBER

Sylvia B. WEEBER, 90, of Beaver Falls, PA, died Saturday, December 15, 2012 in the Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport, PA. Born April 4, 1922, in Plainfield, NH, she was the daughter of George C. and Lucy Ruggles Bishop. She was married to Edwin R. "Ned" Weeber, who predeceased her in 2011. She was a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. Sylvia was a member of First Presbyterian Church in New Brighton, PA, Patterson Heights Firemen's Auxiliary, and served as president of the New Brighton Century Club. Surviving are: two sons, Edwin R. (Barbara) Weeber, Jr. of Pittsburgh, PA and Frederick (Vicky) Weeber of Freemont, CA; two daughters, Beatrice Weeber of Beaver Falls and Carolyn Wagner of Ulysses; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Alfred Bishop; and two sisters, Dorothy B. James and Beatrice B. Clark. A Memorial Service will be held in New Brighton at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Patterson Cancer Center, c/o Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport, PA 16915.
