Shirleyan C. McINROY, 78, of Galeton, PA, died Saturday, August 3, 2024 in her home.
Born August 14, 1945, in Wellsboro, she was the daughter of Walter O. and Meta E. Williams Zeaman. She was married to Stephen McInroy III, who predeceased her on April 1, 2001. She was employed by Galeton Production, Plaza Café, and was the manager of the Sweet Shop.
Surviving are: three sons, Stephen (Beda “Lee” Oyler) McInroy IV of Germania, Shane (Bobbie Jo Bliss) McInroy of Timberville, VA, and Stacy (Misty) McInroy of Galeton; seven grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a sister, Anita Rae Louden.
A gathering to celebrate Shirley’s life will be held Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM at the Galeton VFW. Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery, Galeton. Cremation was at OLNEY-FOUST Private Crematory, Ulysses, PA.
