S. Jean LITTLE, 73, of Ralston, PA, formerly of Westfield, PA, died Friday, May 16, 2014 in her home. Born December 31, 1940, in Coudersport, PA, she was the daughter of Wilfred R. and Esther M. Spencer Ordway. On August 8, 1959, in Harrison Valley, PA, she married J. Dewey "J.D." Little, Jr., who predeceased her on September 11, 1998. Jean was a 1958 graduate of Northern Potter High School. She and her husband owned and operated Little's Personal Care Home in Westfield for many years. Surviving are: two sons, John (Christine) Little III of Wellsboro, PA and Barry (Barbara) Little of Portville, NY; a daughter, Mae (Peter) Russell of Westfield; seven grandchildren, Jason (Laura) Moszak, Adam (Jessica) Hewitt, Johnna (Craig) Wetmore, Max Little, Peggy Russell, Lisa Russell, and Kathy Russell; and one great-grandson, Blake Hewitt. She was predeceased by her companion, E. Burley Pease, on December 30, 2009. There will be no public visitation or service. Burial will be in Ulysses Cemetery.
