Robert F. JACOBS, 96, of Coudersport, PA, died Tuesday, February 21, 2017 in the Sweden Valley Manor, Coudersport.
Born April 19, 1920, in Coudersport, he was the son of William R. and Lottie M. Baker Jacobs.
In 1974, in Gettysburg, PA, he married the former Margie Osgood, who predeceased him on June 3, 2012.
A 1937 graduate of Coudersport High School, he was a farmer.
Surviving are: three step-children, Patricia Stenlund of Apple Valley, MN, James Holleran of Wellsboro, PA, and David "Dan" Holleran of Coudersport, PA; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by a step-daughter, Susan L. Brown; and a sister, Ruth May.
Friends may call Friday, February 24, 2017 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA, where Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM. Pastor Harold Kiel will officiate. Burial will be in Ulysses Cemetery.
