Randy R. METCALF, ­­­­70, of Westfield, PA, died Tuesday, November 28, 2023 in his home.  
 
Born March 27, 1953, in Wellsville, NY, he was the son of Donald F. and Mary Teater Metcalf.  On December 20, 1975, in Ulysses, he married the former Patricia E. Pierce, who survives.  A Vietnam War Veteran, he served honorably with the U.S. Navy from 1971 – 1974.  A graduate of Northern Potter High School, he attended Breeden School of Welding in Genesee and began employment at Foster Wheeler in Hornell, NY.  He was employed by CNG Transmission Corp. for many years at the Woodhull and Sabinsville stations.  Randy was a member of Carl E. Hyde American Legion Post #963 in Ulysses, Howard S. Lines VFW Post #6753 in Knoxville, Lewisville Lodge #556 F & AM in Ulysses, and the NRA.  A devoted and loving husband, his family was always first and he took good care of them.  He was a wonderful grandfather to our little October Skye and now they are joined in heaven.  
 
Surviving besides his wife, Patricia, are:  two sons, Alex Metcalf of Harrison Valley and Aaron Metcalf of Wellsboro; nieces, nephews, and cousins.  In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a granddaughter, October Skye Metcalf; and two brothers, Wayne R. “Tiny” Metcalf and John R. Metcalf.  
 
Cremation was at OLNEY-FOUST Private Crematory.  Services will be private.  
 
Memorials may be made to Carl E. Hyde American Legion Post #963 Auxiliary, P.O. Box 125, Ulysses, PA 16948 to assist with sending packages to military personnel.
