Ralph J. HARRISON

Ralph J. “Babe” HARRISON, 90, of Roulette, PA, died Tuesday, December 31, 2024 in UPMC Cole. 

Born December 22, 1934, in Elco, he was the son of Ralph and Tornada Roberts Harrison. On November 17, 1955, in Port Allegany, he married Kaye A. Hayner, who survives. A 1953 graduate of Port Allegany High School, he was employed by Pittsburgh Corning in Port Allegany, retiring as superintendent. Ralph was a member of Riverside United Methodist Church in Roulette, Liberty Lodge #505, F&AM in Port Allegany, Smethport Country Club, and a life member of the Roulette Fire Department. 

Surviving besides his wife of 69 years, Kaye, are: three daughters, Karen (David) Morey of Roulette, Lynn Hildebrandt of Port Allegany, and Wanda (Alan) Lentz of Roulette; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son-in-law, Herman “Ed” Hildebrandt; and four siblings, James W. Harrison, Virginia Wolfe, M. Olive Glase, and B. Lorraine Smith. 

Services will be private. Memorials may be made to Riverside United Methodist Church or the Roulette Fire Department.
