Rachel L. PAGANO

Rachel L. PAGANO, 52, of Galeton, PA, died Thursday, March 13, 2025 in her home. 

Born January 2, 1973, in Wellsboro, she was the daughter of Alan C. and Martha L. Leach Frith. 

On October 9, 1993, in Galeton, she married Jeremy A. Pagano, who survives. A 1991 graduate of Galeton Area High School, she earned a degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Penn State in 1993. She served as West Branch Township Tax Collector since 2010. Rachel was a member of the Women of the Moose in Galeton. 

She enjoyed making and selling crafts, spending time with her family and amazing friends, cooking, any type of get together with our crew, and living life. 

Surviving besides her husband, Jeremy, are: her father, Alan Frith; three children, Olivia, Katelyn, and Zachary; a sister, Joslyn Campbell; a niece, Lylah; uncles, aunts, and cousins. 

A private graveside service will be held in West Hill Cemetery, Galeton. Rev. Thomas Shatto will officiate.
