Phyllis BURDICK

Phyllis C. BURDICK, 81, of Coudersport, PA, died Friday, June 20, 2014 in Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport, PA. Born September 14, 1932, in Andrews Settlement, PA, she was the daughter of Ernest and Ruby Fosmer Burch. On September 19, 1950, in Coudersport, she married Richard A. Conable, who predeceased her on January 7, 1976. On September 15, 1979, at her home in Allegany Township, she married Robert A. Burdick, who survives. She was a member of the Andrews Settlement-Ellisburg Community Club and enjoyed upholstering and caning furniture. Surviving besides her husband, Bob, are: three children, Jerald (Vicki) Conable of Santa Maria, CA, Kevin Conable of Warsaw, NY, and Judy Conable of Caledonia, NY; two step-children, Wilson (Nora) Burdick of Friendswood, TX and Robin (Robert) Shipman of Harrison, MI; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and first husband, she was predeceased by a brother, Ralph Burch; and a sister, Rachel Hile. Friends may call Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA, and on Monday from 12:00 - 1:00 PM, with Funeral Services following at 1:00 PM.
