Patricia A. Haskins
SMETHPORT- Patricia A. Haskins, 82, of Smethport, passed away Monday (Oct. 16, 2017) in Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport.
Born September 12, 1935, in Bradford, she was a daughter of Lester C. and Mildred Dillon Thomas.
Patricia had attended Port Allegany High School. She was a resident of the area for three years, coming from the Buffalo, NY, area.
She enjoyed crocheting and loved to read.
Surviving are a stepmother, Thelma Thomas of Coudersport; three daughters, Elizabeth L. (Keith) Howard of Turtlepoint, Stacy A. (Robert) Brown of Pottstown, PA, Rose Marie Strait of Smethport; two sons, Earl G. (Sue) Strait of Niceville, FL, Joseph C. (Ramona) Strait of Blairsville, GA; 19 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren; a stepbrother, Larry Cady of Maryville, MO; two stepsisters, Carol Briggs of Austin, PA, and Marylou Erway of Gold, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Robert D. Thomas; a sister, Carol Manning, and a stepsister, Nancy Wells.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany.
