Norma L. CHAPMAN

Norma L. CHAPMAN, 87, of Mills, PA, died Thursday, December 24, 2020 in UPMC Cole, Coudersport.

Born June 7, 1933, in West Bingham, she was the daughter of George Edward and Thelma Scott Patterson.  On December 24, 1950, in West Bingham, she married Donald E. Chapman, who survives.  Norma devoted her life to the care of her husband and family.  In her travels to area restaurants, she greeted everyone with a smile and friendly conversation.

Surviving besides her husband, Don, are:  three children, Charlinda (Elery Jon Walizer) Collins of Pennsdale, Mary (Kevin) Fish of Knoxville, and Keith Chapman of Knoxville;  five grandchildren;  ten great-grandchildren;  a great-great-granddaughter;  a brother, Jack K. (Bessie) Patterson of West Bingham;  nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by a sister, Shirley Allen.

Private burial will be in Ulysses Cemetery.  A public service will be held on a later date.
