Nancy J. CRANSTON

Nancy J. CRANSTON, 73, of Boise, ID, formerly of Ulysses, PA, Chicago, IL, and Sandpoint, ID, died Saturday, December 11, 2021 in her home.

Born December 22, 1947, in Wellsville, NY, she was the daughter of Almon L. and Lois E. Dence Angood.  A 1965 graduate of Northern Potter High School in Ulysses, she was employed as a flight attendant by United Airlines from 1968 – 1994, ending her career flying internationally.   Nancy loved to travel and enjoyed gardening and basket weaving.

Surviving are:  two sisters, Kathy Zoeller of Meridian, ID and Terry Fortney of Carthage, NC;  a sister-in-law, Lorraine Angood of Ulysses;  and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her parents.  A brother, David L. Angood, died December 14, 2021.

A private family service will be held in Ulysses Cemetery on a later date.  Memorials may be made to Ronald McDonald House at www.rmhc.org.
