Melody K. PERKINS, 68, of Coudersport, PA, formerly of Ulysses, died Saturday, July 18, 2015 in Hope Hospice, Cape Coral, FL. Born May 31, 1947, in Ft. Myers, FL, she was the daughter of Robert and Carol Anderson Pearl. On December 9, 1972, in Ulysses, she married Gary L. Perkins, who survives. She was employed by Adelphia from 2000 - 2007 and Time Warner from 2007 - 2009. Melody was a member of the Coudersport Alliance Church. Surviving besides her husband, Gary, are: three children, Jason (Keri) Perkins of Painesville, OH, Jeffrey (Katie) Perkins of Statham, GA, and Kristen Perkins of York, PA; three grandchildren, Destiny Perkins and Dakota Perkins, both of Ulysses, and Draven Perkins of Statham, GA; two brothers, Richard (Teresa) Pearl of Garner, NC and David Pearl of Altoona, FL; and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents. Friends may call at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM and at the Coudersport Alliance Church on Thursday from 1:00 - 3:00 PM, with Funeral Services following at 3:00 PM. The Rev. Joe Lazurek and the Rev. Bernie Knefley will co-officiate. Burial will be in Ulysses Cemetery.
