Melissa J. TRACY, 57, of Harrison Valley, PA, died Saturday, December 9, 2017.
Born January 26, 1960, in Coudersport, PA, she was the daughter of Robert G. and Laverna A. Davis Tracy.
A graduate of Northern Potter High School and Olean Business Institute, she earned her nursing degree from Mansfield University. Melissa was employed as second shift charge nurse by Sweden Valley Manor in Coudersport.
Surviving are: three siblings, Jeffrey R. Tracy of Knoxville, PA, Brenda (Douglas) Smith of Rockwell, NC, and Burdette (Carol) Clark of Swansboro, NC; four nephews, Chad (Rachael) Cowburn, Ryan Scott, Jared Smith, and Aaron Smith; a niece, Rayna Smith; grand-nieces and grand-nephews; an aunt, Jean Tracy of Belmont, NY; and many cousins. She was predeceased by her parents; and a sister-in-law, Annette "Toni" Tracy.
Friends may call at the Harrison Valley Federated Church on Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 12:00 - 2:00 PM, with a Memorial Service following at 2:00 PM. The Rev. Randall Headley will officiate. Burial will be in Ulysses Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Sweden Valley Manor Activity Fund, 1028 E. Second St., Coudersport, PA 16915.
