Mary M. RICE

Mary M. RICE, 92, formerly of Shinglehouse, PA and Tucson, AZ, died Monday, January 5, 2015 in Sena-Kean Manor, Smethport, PA. Born September 20, 1922, in Kane, PA, she was the daughter of Claude Byron and Hattie M. Pressler Fessenden. She was married to Robert E. Rice, who predeceased her in 1985. Surviving are: a grandson, Jason R. Rice; a granddaughter, Kelly J. Bauer; twin great-grandsons, Kaleb Rice and Kyle Rice; sons, Tom Rice and Lonnie Rice; and daughter, Carol Fessenden. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a son, Robert E. Rice, Jr. in 2010. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Kane, PA. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
