Martha Lucille PERKINS

Martha Lucille PERKINS, 77, of Friendship, NY, formerly of Cody, WY, died peacefully Monday, December 23, 2024 in her home. 

Born June 12, 1947, in Cody, she was the daughter of Inor and Ruth J. Nichols Nielsen. In 1994, in Cody, she married Steven A. Lewis, who predeceased her on September 8, 2022. A graduate of Cody High School, she was a homemaker and devoted her life to raising her children. 

Surviving are: four children; Nicole (Steven Eck) Perkins of Friendship, Michelle (Don) Lancaster of WY, Sterlin Gilliland of WY, and Patrick (Shelley) Perkins of WY; six grandchildren, Ashlee Russ, Joshua Perkins, Anthony Jordan, Sierra Gilliland, Tessa Jordan, and Samuel Perkins; two great-grandchildren, Aiden and Ammarah; and a son-in-law, Jeremiah Jordan of WY. 

A memorial service will be held in Wyoming on a later date. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
