Louise C. Fuller TOMB, 66, of Elkland, PA, died Thursday, July 19, 2012 in her home. Born May 11, 1946, in Olean, NY, she was the daughter of Fred M. and Marion Cooper Manning. She was employed by Electri-Cord in Westfield, Galeton Production, and the Penn Wells in Wellsboro. She was a member and Sunday School teacher at the Abundant Life Fellowship in Knoxville. Surviving are: a son, Michael (Peggy) Fuller of Elkland; a daughter, Charlotte French of Galeton; a son-in-law, Lee Colvin of Galeton; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lena Manning of Towanda, PA. She was predeceased by her first husband, Bert Fuller; her second husband, Paul Tomb; two daughters, Diane L. Colvin and Darlene Fuller; and a son, Terry Manning. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, July 23, 2012 in the Abundant Life Fellowship, Alba Street, Knoxville, PA. The Rev. Terry Spencer will officiate.
