Leslie M. SPADE

Leslie M. SPADE, 62, of Wellsville, NY, died Thursday, October 27, 2022 in her home. 

Born February 28, 1960, in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of Donald T Sr. and Barbara Lee Hill Murphy.  

Surviving are:  a daughter, Kimberlee (Michael) Guciardo of Pittsburgh;  four grandchildren, Aubrey Guciardo, Lilliana Guciardo, Paisley Guciardo, and Carter Guciardo;  a sister-in-Law, Robin Murphy;  two nieces, Heather Murphy and Ashley Myers;  a nephew, Donald T Murphy lll;  many grand-nieces and grand-nephews.  She was loved by her many friends and extended family in Wellsville.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Donald T. Murphy Jr.
