Larry A. Commino
ROULETTE- Larry A. Commino, 78, of Railroad Ave., passed away unexpectedly Tuesday (Oct. 5, 2021) in his home.
Born April 15, 1943, in St. Marys, PA, he was a son of Howard and Mary Commino Thompson. On Sept. 28, 1963, in Roulette, he married Lois A. Nichols, who survives. They were married 58 years.
Larry was a lifetime resident of the area and a member of the Riverside Methodist Church, Roulette. He was also a life member of the Roulette Fire Department. He was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed hunting & fishing. He loved to do crossword puzzles. He enjoyed watching TV westerns, and tormenting his friends at any opportunity, but most of all, he loved spending time with his family.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Lois, are two sisters, Jeanette F. (Richard) Kio of Roulette, and Paula E. (Calvin) Abrams of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a late time & date to be announced.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany.
