Jonathan L. GOERNER, 20, of Coudersport, PA, formerly of Ulysses, died Saturday, June 29, 2013 in Allegany Township, PA. He was born October 22, 1992, in Coudersport, PA.
A 2011 graduate of Coudersport High School, he attended Northern Potter High School through the 11th grade. He studied heavy equipment at vo-tech during high school.
Jon attended Sunday school at the Gold Church in his youth.
He was employed by Cudd Energy.
Surviving are: his parents, Deanne "Dee" and James R. Klesa of Coudersport; two sisters, Leona Goerner and Megan Klesa; a brother, Mason Klesa; grandparents, James Kenny Klesa of Ulysses and Carole (Nick) Troupe of Coudersport; great-grandparents, James and Elizabeth Plotts of Coudersport and Ed and Carol Lundy of Oswayo, PA; aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by grandparents, Arnold and Leona M. Goerner; and aunts, Susan and Trina.
Friends may call at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA on Friday, July 5, 2013 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday in the First Baptist Church, Ulysses, PA. Rev. Jason K. Reed will officiate. Burial will be in Raymond Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
