John W. HAMILTON, 64, of Wellsville, NY, died Sunday, August 18, 2024.
Born December 1, 1959, in Buffalo, he was the son of John F. and Frances Santaniello Hamilton. John was a graduate of Kenmore East Senior High School in Tonawanda. He was interested in home improvement from a young age which grew into operating Hamilton Home Repair & Handyman Service. John was an avid Bills fan. A jokester, he always tried to bring a smile to everyone he encountered. Moving to Belmont in 2004, he enjoyed living in the country, hunting, and always aspired to be a farmer.
Surviving are: four children, Jason Hamilton, Sarah Hamilton, Noah Hamilton, and Brady Hamilton; five grandchildren; four nieces; a nephew; several grandnieces and grandnephews; and many cousins. He was predeceased by his parents; two sisters, Susan Cumbo and Kathrine Rine; and a brother, Paul Hamilton.
A gathering to celebrate John’s life will be announced by the family. Cremation was at OLNEY-FOUST Private Crematory.
