Jeffery S. Campbell
PORT ALLEGANY- Jeff S. Campbell, 34, of High St. Bradford, formerly of Port Allegany, passed away Thursday (Feb. 9, 2012) unexpectedly at his home.
Born June 22, 1977, in Pittsburgh, PA, he was a son of Robert and Deborah Campbell Johnson.
Mr. Campbell had worked for Dave Marcy Stone Quarry, Port Allegany, and later with GKN Sinter Metals, Inc., of Emporium, before having to retire.
Surviving in addition to his mother, Deborah Johnson and maternal grandparents, Joyce Courteau and Maynard Barber both of Port Allegany, are his longtime companion Michelle Fillhart of Bradford; one son, Hayden S. Campbell of Bradford; two daughters, Hannah G. Campbell and Emma J. Campbell both of Bradford; a brother, Matthew Turner of Las Vegas, NV; Uncle Steve (Pamela) Barber of Roulette PA; Uncle Rick Barber of Port Allegany; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
His interests included, fishing, tattooing and playing guitar. He devoted much of his time with his three children and his friends.
Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 11 a.m. Monday (Feb. 13, 2012) in the First Baptist Church of Port Allegany, with Rev. Michael Culver, pastor, officiating. There will be a dinner following the memorial service at Moe's Bar and Grill. Memorials can be made to the S.W. Smith Library Building Fund.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany.
