Jarett R. SMITH, Esq., 48, of Coudersport, PA, died Friday, February 3, 2017 in Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport.
Born March 17, 1968, in Abington, PA, he was the son of Jerome R. and Sandra Laveson Smith.
A graduate of Wilson High School in Sinking Spring, PA, he earned his undergraduate degree from American University in Washington, DC and his Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University Law School, Valparaiso, IN.
Surviving are: his mother and step-father, Sandra and Mario S. Ninfo of Covington, GA; two daughters, Jessica Lillian Smith and Jenna Elizabeth Smith, both of Wellsboro, PA; a brother, Jerome Robert (Eileen) Smith, Jr. of Tel Aviv, Israel; two step-sisters, Joie Marie (Scott) Horner of Boyertown, PA and Mari Lynn (Miguel) Debon of Suwanee, GA; nieces and nephews, Mikaella, Anna, Jayden, Vivenne, Elliot, and Curtis; and two uncles, Jack (Diane White) Laveson of Annandale, VA and Jules (Kathy) Smith of Milwaukee, WI. He was predeceased by his father.
Friends may call Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at the Coudersport Free Methodist Church, 1237 E. Second St., Coudersport, PA, where Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM. The Rev. Peter J. Tremblay will officiate.
Burial will be in Mt. Sinai Cemetery, Shillington, PA.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or a charity of the donor's choice.
