Florence M. McCASLIN

Florence M. McCASLIN, 75, of Potter Brook, Westfield, PA, died Friday, January 23, 2015 in Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. Born November 11, 1939, in Harrison Valley, PA, she was the daughter of Charles E. and Minnie Belle Greenfield Cornish. On September 6, 1957, in Potter Brook, she married Joseph W. McCaslin, who predeceased her on November 16, 2013. She was employed by K&W in Westfield and served as President of the Riverview Cemetery Association. Surviving are: six children, Joseph M. (Melinda) McCaslin of Potter Brook, Bruce M. McCaslin of Huntingdon, PA, Sandra M. (Michael) Johnson of Little Marsh, PA, David R. McCaslin of Potter Brook, Lisa R. Jayne of Nelson, PA, and Robert J. McCaslin of Potter Brook, five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Chester E. Cornish of Harrison Valley, PA and Edward Cornish of Wellsville, NY; a sister, Elizabeth M. Painter of Wellsville, NY; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a daughter, Barbara Jean McCaslin; two brothers, Raymond Cornish and Charles Paul Cornish; and a sister, Merna Brimmer. A private graveside service will be in held in Riverview Cemetery, Potter Brook, PA at a later date.
