Faye MEISE

Faye M. MEISE, 77, of Westfield, PA, died Thursday, December 12, 2013 in Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. Born January 28, 1936, in Harrison Valley, she was the daughter of Derward and Gladys Garner Hand. On February 20, 1965, in Whitesville, NY, she married Harry L. Meise, who predeceased her in 1992. She was employed by the Northern Tier Children's Home in Harrison Valley. Faye volunteered with the foster grandparent program with Head Start in Knoxville. Surviving are: three sons, Charles (Joanne) Wright of Knoxville, Terry (Cindy) Wright of Galeton, and Jason (Lisa) Meise of Westfield; four daughters, Joanie Caane of Duke Center, Lisa K. Wright of Westfield, Tena (Reuben) Manny of Mills, and Kelly (Dave) Erhard of Ulysses; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; two brothers, William Hervey (Patricia) Hand of Harrison Valley and Frank (Evelyne) Hand of Ulysses; a sister, Kay (Sam) Whitsell of Wellsville, NY; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by two daughters, Sarah Trowbridge and Jani Warnick; three sisters, Linda Mae Lewis, Onalee VanTreese, and Audrey L. Lampman. Friends may call at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA on Monday, December 16, 2013 from 12:00 -2:00 PM, with Funeral Services following at 2:00 PM. Rev.
