Ethel E. OUTMAN, 90, of Genesee, PA, died Saturday, January 5, 2013 in her home. Born May 11, 1922, in Coudersport, PA, she was the daughter of Arthur J. and Katie M. Knickerbocker Jeffers. On July 26, 1941, in Whitesville, NY, she married Urvil L. Outman, who survives. She and her husband owned and operated a dairy farm in Bingham Township for many years. She was employed by Galeton Production and Herbert Cooper Co. in Genesee. Surviving besides her husband, Urvil, are: two grandsons, Lewis S. (Jennifer) Cook of Genesee and Urvil "Bucky" (Patty) Cook of Lakeland, FL; six great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Velma (Harvey) Vallieries of Whitesville, NY and Beverly M. Cook of Genesee, PA; and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Phyllis M. Cook; an infant son, Jimmy Outman; an infant granddaughter, Doddie Cook; five sisters; and four brothers. Friends may call at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 from 12:00 - 2:00 PM, with Funeral Services following at 2:00 PM. The Rev. Mel Ternes will officiate. Burial will be in Yorks Corners Cemetery, Yorks Corners, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Genesee Volunteer Ambulance, Genesee, PA 16923.
