Edward E. HUNT

Edward E. HUNT, 61, of Genesee, PA, died Thursday, November 28, 2013 in Hart Comfort House, Wellsville, NY. Born June 10, 1952, in Ithaca, NY, he was the son of Ernest C. and Leila Bathrick Hunt. A Vietnam War Veteran, he served honorably with the US Army from 1970 -1973. A graduate of Northern Potter High School and Williamsport Area Community College, he was employed as a helicopter mechanic for offshore oil and medical flight companies. Surviving are: two sons, Jeremy David Hunt and Michael Joseph Hunt; a brother, Gary Hunt of Roulette, PA; two sisters, Stephanie Scarkino of Lathrop, MO and Helen Candace (Pete) Hunt of Charleston, SC; an uncle, Arthur (Barbara) Hunt of West Coxsackie, NY; nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Theodore J. Hunt in 2002. Friends may call at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM, with Funeral Services following at 11:00 AM. Rev. Paul M.
