STOCKTON, NY- Edith M. Barton, 64, formerly of Stockton, NY, passed away Saturday (Nov. 17, 2018) in UPMC Cole, Coudersport, PA.
Born March 7, 1954, in Jamestown, NY, a daughter of Glenn and Ethel M. Jones Barton.
A resident of Turtlepoint, PA, for the past two years, she came from Stockton, NY.
Edith had been employed as a pipeline worker all over the United States before her retirement.
Surviving are William C. McKillup of Sherman, NY, Ronald L. McKillup of Silver Creek, NY; two daughters, Tina M. (Bill) Pike of Sherman, NY, Tammy (Robert) Ranney of Heartfield, NY; several grandchildren, and a great grandson; two brothers, Bruce Barton of Ft. McCoy, FL, Bucky Barton of Jamestown, NY; three sisters, Cora Wright of Ft. McCoy, Rose Logan of Clymer, NY, Susan Davis of Bath, NY; a half-sister, Lila Hilliman of Jamestown, NY; longtime friend, James D. Nellis of Turtlepoint, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Bud Barton and David Barton; and a sister, Faith Harrington, and two half-sisters, Betty Pellegrinelli and Marian Denardo.
Private funeral and committal services will be held at the convenience of the family.
