Douglas W. CHAFFEE, 59, of Westfield, PA, died Friday, September 19, 2014 in his parent's home in Roulette, PA. He was born June 18, 1955, in Coudersport, PA. A graduate of Northern Potter High School, he was employed by Sub Con Industries in Olean and Jamestown, NY. Doug was a member of the Westfield First Baptist Church and served as a volunteer at the Compassion Center. Surviving are: his father and step-mother, Jesse and Annie Chaffee of Roulette; his mother, Laura Brown Houghtaling of IN; three brothers, Sherwood Chaffee of IN, Steven Houghtaling of IN, and Paul Bethlehem of Roulette; six sisters, Janet Shuck of CA, Leta Wetzel of IN, Annette Smith of TX, Mary Adair of OH, Jessica Chaffee of Elkland, PA, Virginia Doucette of St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends may call Monday, September 22, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM, Tuesday in the First Baptist Church, Westfield, PA. Rev. Sean Grossman will officiate. Burial will be in Ulysses Cemetery.
