Dave was raised in Jamestown, and attended Jamestown and Frewsburg High Schools. He was a member of the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary, the Immaculate Conception Church, New Horizons, and the Allegany Rehabilitation Associates in Wellsville. Dave was a man of great faith, and will be missed by his many friends in Wellsville.
He is survived by a sister, Merry (Donald) Pangborn of Jamestown, a sister-in-law, Bonnie Kotch of Frewsburg, NY as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased in addition to his parents, by a sister, Carol Ann Kotch in 1943, and a brother, Dennis Kotch in 2016.
Friends are invited to call on Thursday, December 29, 2022, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Immaculate Conception Church, 36 Maple Avenue in Wellsville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Thursday, following visitation. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery in Lakewood, NY.
