Daniel H. BISHOP

Daniel H. BISHOP, 81, of Genesee, PA, formerly of Hatfield, PA, died Tuesday, December 2, 2014 in his home. Born December 24, 1932, in Hatfield, PA, he was the son of Harry S. and Rebecca Clemmer Bishop. He served honorably with the US Army. Dan was a dairy and crop farmer in the Hatfield area for many years, and in later years had a farm in Potter Co. He enjoyed hunting and taking care of the fruit trees he had planted. Surviving are: two sisters, E. Ruth Smith and Miriam C. Yoder, both of Shipshewana, IN; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Lester C. Bishop and Richard C. Bishop, both of Hatfield. Friends may call at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA on Saturday, December 20th from 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon, with Funeral Services following at 12:00 Noon.
