Dale T. Meacham, Jr.
ROULETTE-Dale T. Meacham, Jr., 48, of Main St., passed away Sunday (Oct. 7, 2012) in the Charles Cole Mem. Hospital, Coudersport, PA.
Born Aug. 2, 1964, in Coudersport, he was a son of Dale T. and Martha J. Kephart Meacham. On Nov. 12, 1996, in Smethport, he married Tina M. Maben, who survives.
Mr. Meacham had worked for the former Ball-Foster Co, Port Allegany, and later with the Roulette Township, Roulette, PA.
He was a lifetime resident of the area and a graduate of the Port Allegany High School, Class of 1982.
He was a member of the Roulette Fish & Game Club and the Card Creek Hunting Club. He was also a life member of the National Rifle Association.
Surviving are a son, Dale T. Meacham, III of Bradford; two daughters, Brittany N. Meacham and Michelle J. Meacham both of Roulette; a granddaughter, Carleigh N. Triplett; three brothers, Mark A. (Trecia) Meacham of Sinclairsville, NY, Thomas D. (Sue) Crowe of Mercer, PA, Richard E. (Laura) Crowe of Eldred; two sisters, Cindy L. (Bob) Crowe of Smethport, and Maxine M. (Terry) Morey of Roulette; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Mary F. Powell.
There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday (Oct. 20, 2012) in the Sartwell Creek Union Church, with Rev. LaVerne Howard, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Port Allegany.
Memorials can be made to the Roulette Fish & Game Club.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany.
