Dale E. KELLOGG

Dale E. "Kelligan" KELLOGG, 77, of Rexville, NY, died Monday, September 16, 2013. Born May 8, 1936, in Whitesville, NY, he was the son of Milford and Florence Cleveland Kellogg. He was married to the former Evelyn M. Harrington, who survives. Dale was employed by the newspapers in Whitesville and Bolivar, NY and Capital Plastics in Wellsville, NY. An avid hunter and fisherman, he was a member of the Whitesville Rod and Gun Club, the Owls Club, and the NRA. He was life member of the Whitesville Volunteer Fire Department. Surviving besides his wife, Evelyn, are: four daughters, Diane (Lynn Coleman) Bledsoe of Whitesville, NY, Shirley Cramer of Freeville, NY, Patricia (Randy) Johnson of Wellsville, NY, and Nancy Whatley of Manvel, TX; a son, Henry (Kelly) Kellogg of Whitesville, NY; ten grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a sister, Marjorie Cline of Wellsville, NY; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son-in-law, Joseph Cramer; and three brothers, Robert, Richard, and Bernard. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 21, 2013 in the West Union Mennonite Church, 1459 County Route 84, Rexville, NY 14877. The Rev. Robert Walters will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Whitesville Rod and Gun Club or the Whitesville Public Library, Whitesville, NY 14897.
