He was born March 17, 1993, in Lima, OH.
Surviving are: his father and step-mother, Jeffrey and Sherry Dennis of Westfield; his mother, Tina Haggard of Wapakoneta, OH; siblings, Jeffrey Haggard, Aspyn Dennis, Aeyona Dennis, Azaria Dennis, Raymond Adkins, Nicolas Adkins, and Jessie Schindler; grandfather, Jeffrey Dennis; nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held in the Valley Christian Church, Maple St., Westfield, PA on a later date.
Arrangements are entrusted to Mulholland-Crowell Funeral Home, Wellsville, NY.
