Charles R. "Bud" WING, 82, of Scio, NY, died Sunday, July 1, 2018 in Jones Memorial Hospital, Wellsville.
Born September 14, 1935, in Hallsport, he was the son of Ernest and Lucille Cornish Wing.
A US Navy Veteran, he served honorably from 1954 - 1958.
On July 8, 1972, in Cuba, he married the former Judith A. Hull, who survives.
He was employed by C&G Wheel Puller in Scio, Air Preheater in Wellsville, and Hydramec in Scio.
Surviving besides his wife, Judith, are: two children, Ted (Danielle) Wing of Franklinville and Troy Wing of Macedon; five grandchildren, Landon, Taylor, Gavin, Anna, and Linnea; a sister, Mary Ellen Sheridan of Scio; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, John Wing.
Honoring his wishes, there will be no services. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery, Scio.
