Charles S. “Charlie” Baker, age 75, of South Drive passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at the Highland Health Care Center. He was born on April 16, 1940 in Hornell to Gerald and Lucille Smith Baker. On June 27, 1964 in Wellsville he married Phyllis Dye who survives.
Charlie was the longtime owner and operator of Bakers of Jericho Hill.
Survivors include his wife Phyllis of Wellsville; a son Todd (Jennifer) Baker of Alfred; 2 grandsons Nathan and Brody Baker; several nieces and nephews.
Charlie was predeceased by his parents; a sister and 3 brothers.
