Beverly K. TORMEY

Beverly K. TORMEY, 72, of Harrison Valley, PA, died Wednesday, April 24, 2013 in Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. Born October 4, 1940, in Harrison Valley, she was the daughter of Ivan and Myra I. Outman Kibbe. On December 23, 1960, in Harrison Valley, she married Robert E. Tormey, who survives. She was employed by Galeton Production, Electri-Cord in Westfield, and was an independent Mary Kay consultant. She was a member of Gospel Tabernacle in Coudersport. Surviving besides her husband, Robert, are: three daughters, Darcie (Allen) Cary of Bloomington, IL, Melissa (Andrew) Lehman of Harrison Valley, and Darla (Joel) Kosa of Ulysses, PA; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; four brothers, Ivan L. "Ike" Kibbe, Jr., Russell L. Kibbe, Cleon (Betty) Kibbe, and Theodore Kibbe, all of Harrison Valley; two sisters, Betty Metcalf and Loveda (Dale) Potter, both of Harrison Valley; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four sisters, infants Violet and Mary Lou, Arloene Jones, and Virginia Lampman; and two brothers, Byron "Jum" Kibbe and Jacob H. Kibbe. Friends may call Sunday, April 28, 2013 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Monday in the Gospel Tabernacle, Coudersport, PA. The Rev. David J. Minor, Sr. will officiate. Burial will be in Ulysses Cemetery.
