Beverly J. Riale
PORT ALLEGANY- Beverly J. Riale, 76, of N. Main St., passed away Tuesday (Nov. 29, 2011) in Charles Cole Mem. Hospital, Coudersport.
Born December 12, 1934, in Port Allegany, she was a daughter of Raymond B. and Eldora Curtis Turner. On May 4, 1957, in Port Allegany, she married John A. Riale, who survives.
Beverly was a lifetime resident of the area and a graduate of the Port Allegany High School, Class of “53”.
She was a self-employed beautician with a shop in her home for over 25 years.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Port Allegany, and Red Hat Ladies-Glamorous Gatorettes Group of Port Allegany.
Surviving in addition to her husband, John, are two sons, Randy J. (Lorrie) Riale of Port Allegany, Todd M. (Lynn) Riale of Pittsburgh, PA; two daughters, Karen L. (Jeff) Bricker and Sharon L. (Marty) Rosenswie both of Port Allegany; 11 grandchildren: Abbie and Brock Bricker, Josh Rosenswie, Lacey and Stella Riale, Zane, Luke, and Wyatt Travis, Adrienne Kelligan, Mike and Kenny Johnson; 3 great-grandsons, Joshua M. Hardes, Aiden Kelligan, and Nicholas Johnson; three brothers, James O. (Gloria) Turner and George (Helene) Turner both of Port Allegany and Raymond (Dexie) Turner of Averill Park, NY; a sister, Dorla G. Turner of Port Allegany; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday in the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday (Dec. 2, 2011) in the United Methodist Church, Port Allegany, with Rev. Randall Headley, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Port Allegany.
Memorials can be made to the United Methodist Church or Port Area Ambulance Service.
