Bernice M. EASLEY

Bernice M. EASLEY, 67, of Cowanesque, PA, formerly of Campbell, NY and Novato, CA, died Monday, November 2, 2015 in her home. Born December 2, 1947, in Harrison Valley, PA, she was the daughter of Eddie and Ada A. Cary Kibbe. She was married to Bruce H. Easley, who predeceased her in 1985. A 1965 graduate of Northern Potter High School, she was employed in the insurance industry in California for many years. Bernice attended the Harrison Valley Christian & Missionary Alliance Church. She was active in the senior bowling league in Corning, NY, enjoyed playing bridge and games with her family. Surviving are: her fianc�©e, Harold "Hal" Pennington; a daughter, Diana Easley of Ukiah, CA; four brothers, Edwin (Betty) Kibbe, Leon (Donna) Kibbe, Gerald (Donna) Kibbe, and Roger (Sue) Kibbe, all of Harrison Valley, PA; a sister, Marieda Space of Addison, NY; nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her step-father, Christian W. Winter. Friends may call at the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church, Harrison Valley, PA on Thursday, November 5, 2015 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM, with Funeral Services following at 4:00 PM. The Rev. Timothy H. Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Ulysses Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church, Harrison Valley, PA 16927.
