Barbara Jean AMIDON

Barbara Jean AMIDON, 87, of Wellsville, NY, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021.

Born June 30, 1934, in Wellsville, she was the daughter of John K. and Ruth Easton Amidon.  Barbara loved the Lord and was a member of Crosstown Alliance Church in Wellsville.  She will be remembered for her joy and laughter and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Surviving are:  two brothers, John (Carolyn) Amidon of Phoenix, AZ and David Amidon of Wellsville;  a brother-in-law, Robert Ackerman of Wellsville;  three nephews, Robert S. Ackerman of Olean, Thomas (Dawn) Ackerman of Fuquay-Varina, NC, and David Ackerman of Gilbert, AZ;  three nieces, Joann Amidon and Jeneane Amidon, both of Phoenix, AZ, and Dianna Ackerman of Wellsville.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Delores D. Ackerman.

Services will be private.  Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Wellsville.
