Angela R. SHAFFER

Angela R. SHAFFER, 53, of Ulysses, PA, died Wednesday, June 2, 2021 in UPMC Williamsport, Williamsport, PA.

She was born December 31, 1967, in Ludwigsburg, Germany.  On October 9, 2016, in Galeton, she married Timothy M. Shaffer, who survives.  A 1985 graduate of Northern Potter High School, she was employed by Adelphia in Coudersport in customer support and worked in area restaurants.  Angela attended the Ulysses Free Methodist Church.

Surviving besides her husband, Tim, are:  her parents, Frank and Evelyne Hand of Louisville, KY;  two children, Desiree Pollock and Scott Pollock, both of Louisville;  seven grandchildren, Kayleigh Pollock, Alex Pollock Butler, Gage Pollock, Alyssa Pollock, Kayden Lash, Silas Pollock, and Ethan Lang;  two brothers, Sherman (Denise) Hand of Louisville and Michael (Sharon) Hand of Waco, TX;  mother-in-law, Myra Shaffer of Genesee;  four step-children, Eric Shaffer, Timothy Shawn Shaffer, Cody Heck, and Dawn Shaffer; several step-grandchildren;  nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  She was predeceased by a son, Jonathan D. Pollock, on May 12, 2017.

Friends may call Monday, June 7, 2021 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Olney-Foust Funeral Homes & Crematory, Ulysses, where Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM.  Rev. Marty Zdrojewski will officiate.
