Ada STANLEY, 59, of Wellsville, NY, formerly of Bolivar and Richburg, died Sunday, December 20, 2015. Born March 23, 1956, in Salem, NJ, she was the daughter of Neal and Julia Small. She was employed as a certified nursing assistant. Surviving are: a daughter, Memberance Small; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; her fianc�©e, Douglas Lyons; three brothers, Lacy (fianc�© Jody Pasnak) Small, Danny (Ruth) Small, and Joe (Glenna) Kenny; two sisters, Kate (Tracy) Kelsey and Dovey Small; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; and three brothers, Willy Small, Neal Small, and Josh Russell.
